Common questions
What should an AI workout plan prompt include?
Your age and training history, height, weight and an honest body fat estimate, the goal with a timeframe, the equipment you can actually access, how many meals you eat a day and your daily rhythm from wake time to sleep. The more of this a prompt states, the less the AI has to guess.
Can an AI assistant build a good workout plan from one prompt?
It can produce a reasonable first draft from a detailed prompt. What a single prompt cannot do is ask the follow-up questions that decide whether the plan survives a real week: how hard you will actually train, whether the plan suits the short or the long term, and how you will cope when it stops going to plan.
Why does a single prompt hit a ceiling?
A prompt answers once. It does not remember last week, notice a missed session or adjust when travel changes your schedule, and small mistakes in the first answer compound when the AI builds on them.
What is the alternative to re-prompting every week?
A coach that keeps asking rather than answering once: one that remembers your goals, your schedule and your recent progress, checks in, and adjusts the plan. That is what Mr Z, an AI coach, is built to do.
