How MenuZ works
MenuZ adds an intelligent layer to the menu you already have. It reads your menu, understands the guest, considers what is available in your kitchen, and turns those inputs into a personalised dining experience, from the first scan through to the order, the kitchen and payment.
Nine steps, one service

Upload or photograph the menu you already print. MenuZ captures what makes it yours, then structures it so the AI can work with every dish. You review, correct anything it misread, and approve the version that goes live.

Once your menu is in, MenuZ uses the nutritional data behind your dishes to understand portions, combinations and how different meals fit different requirements. It does not simply recommend a dish. It calculates the meal.

Each table gets its own QR code from your dashboard. The guest scans and either browses the standard menu or chooses personalised dining, which takes about twenty seconds. They do not need to calculate calories or understand macros.

They choose what they want and MenuZ works out how it fits. Portions adjust to the individual, and several dishes are calculated together as one meal rather than treated separately. Ribeye, vegetables, dessert. The menu adapts to the person at the table.

If the chosen meal does not fully fit, MenuZ identifies a relevant addition from the dishes you already serve. For the guest a better fit. For the restaurant an opportunity to increase the order. You decide whether personalisation is part of the experience or carries your own fee.

Your chefs keep preparing the dishes they already know. MenuZ adds the portion information to the order and sends it where you want it: a tablet, a printer, an email, a kitchen display or a system you already run. The kitchen never has to calculate anything.

Availability changes through a service, so MenuZ changes with it. Mark an ingredient out and every dish that uses it leaves the guest menu at once. Mark one as surplus and it is prioritised in recommendations. Your dashboard shows the grams saved, and your cost per kilo turns that into money.

The guest selects, MenuZ personalises, the order is placed and the kitchen gets what it needs. Payment completes through the setup you already use. One guest journey, one platform.

A guest can save their profile with an email and skip the questions next time. Where they opted in, that profile supports your own communication about a new menu, an offer or a quiet day. The relationship does not have to end when the bill is paid.
Guests with serious allergies should always confirm ingredients and preparation with restaurant staff.
