Ask Mr Z (“MR Z”) is an artificial intelligence-driven fitness coaching and training support system. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare service, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. MR Z’s guidance — including posture and mobility analysis, form feedback, body composition estimates, and training/nutrition programming — relies entirely on automated algorithms, machine learning models, and computer-vision interpretations of your inputs. This algorithmic analysis is not a substitute for in-person professional coaching or medical supervision, and may contain structural or visual inaccuracies.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and suitability of any AI-generated feedback. You must consult a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or physical limitation. If you are ever in doubt, you must seek verification from a qualified human professional before proceeding.

You must actively accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice before using MR Z — acceptance is never assumed from continued use. We record the exact timestamp when you accepted and which version. If we make a material change to either document, we will ask you to accept again before you can keep using MR Z.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give MR Z (including anything you disclose about your medical history or physical condition) and for keeping your login credentials secure. MR Z’s coaching is only as good as the information it’s given — inaccurate or incomplete disclosure can mean a recommendation doesn’t account for something it should have.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details ourselves. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or manage billing at any time from your account. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund any amount already paid for the current period.

Physical exercise, weight training, and mobility movements carry inherent risks of severe physical injury, illness, or health complications. By utilizing the platform, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown physical risks. To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC, its founders, and MR Z are not liable for any injury, adverse health outcomes, damages, or claims arising from your execution of AI-generated training recommendations, automated form analysis, posture calibrations, or use of the platform. Your reliance on any automated or algorithmic recommendation is strictly at your own discretion, evaluation, and risk.

MR Z is available to adults only. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and an account found to belong to a minor will be closed.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. This permanently removes your data from MR Z — see our Privacy Notice for exactly what that covers and what happens to it.

We may update these Terms as MR Z evolves. Material changes require you to accept again before continuing to use the app; non-material changes (wording, formatting) may be made without a re-prompt, but the version date above will always reflect the current text.
